Practice Information
I’m a trauma therapist dedicated to supporting adults and older teens from all walks of life. Whether you’re navigating past trauma, seeking clarity in relationships, exploring identity, or working toward greater emotional stability, I’m here to offer an affirming, compassionate space. While I bring lived experience as a trans and queer person, I welcome everyone—regardless of gender, orientation, or background—into a therapeutic process rooted in authenticity, respect, and curiosity.
My approach is relational, experiential, and creative. As a Certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist, a Certified TIST Practitioner, I draw upon evidence-informed methods that integrate body awareness, talk therapy, and parts work to foster deeper healing. I also incorporate art therapy techniques, inviting you to explore and process challenging emotions in ways that feel natural and meaningful. Throughout our sessions, I aim to be flexible and collaborative, guiding you toward insight, self-compassion, and more confident life choices.
In our time together, you can expect a non-judgmental environment where we focus on your strengths, values, and innate capacity for growth. I believe therapy thrives on genuine connection, gentle humour, and shared curiosity. Healing is not only an individual journey but often one that benefits from community, collective care, and ongoing support.
I offer fully virtual psychotherapy so you can access therapy in a setting that feels comfortable and convenient for you. No matter who you are or what challenges you face, I’m committed to walking alongside you, helping you find hope, resilience, and greater well-being in everyday life.
