Aman’s educational background in both science and psychology provides her with a unique perspective on the human experience. Her analytical skills, honed through her studies in chemistry, allow her to approach therapy with a critical eye, while her training in counselling psychology has equipped her with the skills necessary to provide empathetic and effective support to her clients.Aman’s passion for helping people is innate, and throughout her life, she has emphasized acts that bring relief and comfort to others. Her personal experiences have motivated her to work in the therapeutic field, where she can help individuals and families navigate the challenges of life.Aman’s optimistic nature and empathic approach facilitate a positive and non-judgmental working environment for her clients. She incorporates the principles of psychodynamic and Adlerian therapies in her counselling sessions. She believes that every individual is unique and aspires to work collaboratively with her clients to navigate therapy that would be most beneficial and align with their best interests.Aman is committed to fostering positive change in her clients’ lives, addressing the psychological, biological, social, and cultural factors that may be impacting their well-being. She provides compassionate and collaborative therapy to clients of all ages, including adults and children aged 10 and up.
