Practice Information

I have been you before. Lonely and overwhelmed, feeling like others couldn’t understand or engage with how deeply I see and experience the world. As a highly sensitive person, I appreciate how meaning, the impact of our experiences and feeling like someone gets us profoundly affect our lives.

In relationship, you may feel like you are the one consistently giving, but rarely feeling fed yourself.

I work with my clients to unpack their experiences at the root, where they first began, to understand how they learned to be in the world and in relationship. Integrating an eclectic mix of therapeutic approaches that help you feel more sturdy and integrated within yourself including Internal Family Systems Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Attachment Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Inner Child work.

As an attachment based counsellor, I believe the relationship between the therapist and client brings about the biggest change. If you feel we would be a fit, I’d love to hear from you.

I will let you in on something. A small percentage of the things I have learned and read about have helped – self compassion, understanding myself better, normalizing my experiences, and gaining perspective…
