Practice Information

Since 2019, I have focused my practice on supporting individuals and relationships within the queer community, including those exploring non-monogamy, kink/BDSM, and other LGBTQ2S+ identities. Many of my clients are navigating relationships that exist outside of cisheteronormative and mononormative frameworks. I also work with clients whose experiences—such as neurodivergence, living with a disability, or navigating trauma—affect their relationships and sense of connection.

My approach combines Gottman Method Couples Therapy—which provides a structured, research-based foundation—with Anti-Oppressive and Feminist frameworks that create space for equitable and intersectionally aware connections. My goal is to help clients cultivate deeper understanding and resilience while creating intentional relationships that reflect their values, capacity, and dreams. Whether you are seeking to strengthen bonds, address conflict, or gain a clearer understanding of yourself in relation to others, I provide a compassionate and inclusive space for growth and exploration.

I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation if you wish to learn more about how we can best address your specific needs and to help you determine whether I would be a good person to collaborate with on your journey.

Please see my website for the most up-to-date information about my practice and availability.
