Critical Existential-Analytic Supervision
Hi all,
I offer supervision grounded in the critical existential–analytic tradition. This approach understands supervision as a reflective, dialogical, and ethically attentive space rather than a place for prescriptive technique. I have a doctorate in existential therapy from the New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling and have been offering supervision in leadership positions and private practice.
Supervision focuses on:
- Careful, phenomenological attention to the lived experience of therapist and client
- Critical examination of theory, language, diagnosis, and institutional pressures
- Reflexivity around power, assumptions, and taken-for-granted professional norms
This supervision may be particularly suited to therapists who wish to think deeply about their work, question dominant therapeutic discourses, and engage psychotherapy as an ethical and philosophical practice rather than a set of interventions.
Send me an email if you are interested.

Are you a Counsellor?
CounsellingBC is here to help potential clients be aware of the services you offer to the public.
We have been around since 1999 and have matched a vast number of clients in BC to counsellors on the site. On this site you have an opportunity to be more visible and to show potential clients what you have to offer to them in terms of your knowledge and expertise. The majority of the therapists on the site renew annually because they have found their investment in a listing to be highly worthwhile.
Join us today and you will see, over time, what CounsellingBC does for you practice!
