While life can be filled with joy, wonder and new experiences, it can also prove to be stressful, anxiety-provoking and incredibly challenging. These situations can impact our self-worth, mood, our relationships with our loved ones, and ability to move through the world. Through providing a safe, non-judgmental space I can help you process and heal from traumatic experiences, identify and build upon your strengths, develop a deeper connection with yourself and others, and live a more meaningful life. I use a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approach to support you in reaching your goals.
In the past 10 years I have spent working in the mental health field, I have worked with clients who have experienced past trauma, experience anxiety, struggle with self-esteem and self-compassion, experience challenges with transitions (ie. changes in career, schooling, relationships), challenges with sex/sexuality, and experience relationship challenges.
