I know that right now, it might feel like you're completely drained—like you're stuck in a constant cycle of stress, anxiety, or even depression. It can feel overwhelming, like you're caught in a loop where the same negative emotions, relationship struggles, and life challenges keep showing up, leaving you feeling defeated and exhausted. I hear you when you say that getting through the week (or even the day) feels like you're losing a battle against panic, guilt, resentment, or anger.

A big part of what we're going to work on together is helping you understand how past experiences—especially childhood trauma or difficult relationships with family members or past partners—are still affecting your present life. Often, these early experiences shape how we view ourselves, how we relate to others, and how we cope with stress or challenges. I know that this can be tough to process, but by gaining a deeper understanding of how these patterns show up now, we can start to shift things and create more space for healing.

In our work together, I'll guide you through a mix of modern, evidence-based approaches that are grounded in what we now know about how trauma impacts both the brain and the body. This will involve combining Polyvagal Theory with talk therapy, mindfulness, body-centered techniques, inner child work, and reprocessing therapies like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). As we dive deeper, you'll start to recognize that many of the struggles you've been facing—whether it’s certain behaviors, emotional responses, or relationship patterns—are actually trauma responses.

Together, we'll work to identify your triggers, reduce their impact, and help you develop more balanced, grounded ways of responding to the challenges you face. Over time, you’ll build the tools to create more meaningful, healthier connections with yourself, your loved ones, and the world around you.
