Practice Information

For over 25 years, Dr. Illsley has continued to hone her therapy skills and weaves cognitive-behavioral, developmental, attachment-based, neurological, mindfulness and somatic approaches into her therapy. She is currently offering mainly online therapy to adult and teen patients within the province of BC. She also does some psychoeducational assessments and autism assessments within the West Kooteney area.

Dr. Illsley completed her undergrad at Concordia and received her Master’s and PhD from McGill University. She further completed a Post-Doctorate in Pediatric Psychology at Montreal Children’s Hospital and taught at McGill. Since 1995, Dr. Illsley has worked privately with adults, children and families and consulted at hospitals, schools and development centers.
