Practice Information

Life is a journey full of twists and turns, but you don't have to face it all alone. Depression, anxiety, trauma and other emotional struggles take away from the joys of everyday life and might leave you feeling paralyzed, stuck or on edge. It might be hard to find the motivation to get out of bed in the mornings. You might feel numb , disconnected or overwhelmed with anxiety. You may even find yourself stuck in unhealthy relationships or engaging in behaviors that just don’t feel right. This isn't the end of your story - with the right support, you can take control of your emotions and write the next chapter of your life.

My goal is to help you gain a deeper understanding of your challenges and their underlying causes, provide you with practical tools to tackle them, and ultimately empower you. We will reconnect with the parts of you that you love the most and might have lost along the way, so that you can find the inner peace that you’ve been looking for.

I believe that you are so much more than your struggles and have the capacity to heal and thrive. Many of the issues you face today probably started out as ways to survive and cope with life difficulties. Therapy helps you develop compassion toward yourself and make positive changes from a place of self-love. Reach out to me for a complimentary consult.
