My goal is to help you to move toward a more fulfilling, balanced, and happier life. My purpose is to help you to thrive and not just survive in the face of your unique challenges.

I have the skills, experience, and knowledge to help you to live a life in which you cope better, feel better, and function better.

In addition to focusing on your stress, anxiety, and coping abilities, my approach to your overall wellness includes focuses on self-care and self-compassion; self-esteem and self-worth; work-life balance; reconnecting with what's meaningful and fulfilling in your life; coping with negative thought patterns; anger management; communication skills; and improving key relationships.

I am an experienced solution-focused therapist (SFT). SFT is an evidence-based practice based on principles of positive psychology. I wrote a master’s thesis on SFT as well. I also have substantial experience helping people with stress management. I have years of experience doing men's work as well.

As long as your insurance provider covers fees for Registered Clinical Counsellors, session fees should be partially or fully reimbursed.
