Counselling is a deeply courageous and personal journey.
Life can feel overwhelming, and when you’re struggling with anxiety, grief, or major life transitions, it’s easy to feel lost or alone. You want to feel more grounded, connected, and in control—but sometimes, the path forward isn’t clear.
I understand how hard it can be to navigate these challenges. As a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with a Master of Counselling Psychology (MCP), I specialize in providing compassionate, evidence-based support to help you move toward healing and growth.
About Me
My goal is to create a space where we can address obstacles and suffering thoughtfully, tapping into the insights offered by your body, emotions, and relationships. Together, we'll create a space where you feel truly heard and supported. I bring acceptance, warmth, and a grounded approach to each session, recognizing the courage it takes to begin this journey. My approach is trauma-informed, meaning I recognize how past experiences shape your present struggles—and I’ll help you move forward in a way that feels empowering and authentic to you.
Using a blend of effective therapeutic techniques, I’ll help you:
- Gain clarity and self-acceptance through Existential-Humanistic Therapy
- Release stored stress and restore calm with Somatic Psychotherapy
- Reduce inner conflict and build self-compassion through Internal Family Systems (IFS)
I have experience supporting young adults and adults with a diversity of concerns, including:
- LGBTQ2SIA+ Identity
- Anxiety and Depression
- Emotion Regulation
- Grief and Loss
- Trauma Recovery
- Navigating Life Transitions
- University-Related Stress
- Existential Concerns (e.g., questions about life’s meaning, death, values, and fulfillment)
In our work together, my goal is to be your advocate, ally, and trusted support as you move through this season of life. I’m honoured to be a part of your journey.
