Practice Information

The cornerstone of my counseling practice is the creation of a safe, compassionate, and respectful space where clients feel truly heard and understood. My extensive 20-year career in international school education, with enriching experiences living and working in Australia, South Korea, Vietnam, and Singapore, has profoundly shaped my understanding of diverse life experiences and the unique challenges individuals face. This global perspective informs my client-centered approach, where I recognize each person as the expert on their own life and view their difficulties within the context of their personal narrative.

I am dedicated to supporting clients in navigating significant life transitions and addressing a range of emotional and mental health concerns, including grief, anxiety, and depression. I use a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

If you're seeking support to navigate life's challenges and create meaningful change, I invite you to reach out. I offer a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where we can explore your experiences together. Please feel free to contact me to schedule an initial consultation or to learn more about how I can help.
