I can offer ways to build one's awareness to uncover and gain more control over problematic concerns/patterns. I have a special interest in those struggling with Communication, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Career Counselling and Burnout.
My approach is grounded within a compassionate, empathetic and a non-judgmental stance. Depending on you and your concerns, I can draw from various modalities and strategies within them. This include but are not limited to: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and (ACT).
As your therapist, my goal is to create a safe space for us to collaboratively explore, understand, reframe and gain control over your concerns. This is your unique wellness journey.
