Practice Information

Let me bring my focused training and experience in working with adults with ADHD, Trauma and PTSD and Anxiety Disorders to support you in your counselling journey. I'm here to provide a safe space for you in your time of distress, crisis or loss. Whatever is happening for you will be accepted and faced together. We will work to stabilize your situation and then begin the process of working toward your goals for recovery and growth. You will always be treated as a unique human being and your diversity will be recognized and valued.

My intention is to be fully present for you and allow you to be as you are and to express what is arising fully. Some of the tools that may be used based on the situation come from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as somatic practices. The core of the change process is building awareness and self-empowerment.

I invite you to contact me by phone or email to book an appointment and expect a response in 1-2 business days. Be sure to check your spam folder if you do not receive an email reply within 2 business days.
