Practice Information
My primary area of focus is trauma recovery and neurodiversity, with a focus on deep level processing. My clients tend to have a high level of self-awareness yet may struggle with their emotions and nervous system regulation. My practice is neurobiologically informed and utilizes somatic techniques as well as conventional talk therapy. It’s important for me to provide my clients with a safe space to explore their feelings and thoughts. The therapeutic relationship offers so much potential for deeper healing, especially when you have attachment wounds from your early relationships.
My approach is attachment-informed, non-judgmental, person-centred and culturally sensitive; it's laid back, conversational and authentic. Being neurodivergent myself also allows me to deeply connect with my clients and offer unique perspectives. Above all, therapy with me is a collaborative effort, as I believe YOU are the expert of your own life.
I recognize that reaching out for support can feel scary and vulnerable, and I would be honoured to walk alongside you in this journey. I look forward to meeting you!
