I am a trauma and grief therapist in Vancouver, BC. Through in-depth, compassionate, and personalized therapy, I can help you identify the root cause of your pain, gain insights, and create a life that is aligned with your values.
Anxiety and depression may not tell you the whole story. Unprocessed trauma and grief can also affect sexual satisfaction. I have a special interest in childhood trauma (e.g., parental neglect, parental abandonment, death of a parent, sexual abuse), intergenerational trauma, caregiver burnout, low self-esteem, and creative block.
