If you find yourself feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed, you’re not alone. Many people navigate life by pushing through—staying busy, striving for perfection, or numbing emotions with substances, food, or distraction. While these coping strategies may have served you in the past, they can also leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and the life you truly want.
Therapy offers a space to slow down and make sense of your experience with curiosity and compassion. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that shape your emotions, relationships, and sense of self—helping you move toward more clarity, confidence, and ease. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in Emotion-Focused Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and Narrative Therapy. These approaches help us understand how past experiences show up in your present, how your body holds emotion, and how to shift unhelpful patterns while building self-trust.
