Practice Information
You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected—from yourself, others, or the life you want to live. Perhaps you are navigating trauma, chronic pain, or the weight of self-criticism, unsure of how to find relief or move forward. These experiences can leave you feeling exhausted, anxious, or shut down, making it hard to trust yourself or imagine a different future.
I offer a warm, compassionate, and collaborative space where you can slow down, be fully seen, and begin to heal. My approach blends evidence-based counselling techniques with a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, helping you create lasting change and a greater sense of balance and well-being.
Many of the people I work with are navigating challenges such as:
- Anxiety, stress, or burnout
- Chronic pain or health concerns
- Trauma, grief, or overwhelming experiences
- Life transitions and identity shifts
- Struggles with self-esteem, shame, or inner criticism
- Relationship difficulties or communication challenges
As a counsellor, yoga teacher, and former ultramarathon runner, I bring a unique perspective to supporting individuals who are experiencing both emotional and physical pain. My own journey of injury, recovery, and self-discovery allows me to connect deeply with those facing chronic pain, athletic identity shifts, or body-based trauma.
My work is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Pain Reprocessing Therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. These approaches support deep self-understanding, nervous system regulation, and meaningful change at a pace that feels safe for you.
My goal is to create a safe, empowering therapeutic relationship—one that honors all parts of you and helps you reconnect with your inner strength. Healing is not just about easing pain or quieting symptoms; it’s about reclaiming the parts of yourself that allow you to thrive, build meaningful relationships, and live with purpose. Whether you are seeking tools to manage stress, heal trauma, or find a greater sense of connection, you are welcome here.
