Practice Information
You might be feeling stuck in your relationship or unsure how to move forward on your own. Maybe you’ve been carrying around stress, disconnection, or questions you haven’t had space to explore. Whether you're seeking therapy as an individual or with a partner, you don’t have to figure things out alone.
I offer individual and couples therapy for those who want to better understand themselves and their relationships. Our sessions are a space to slow down, get curious, and begin making sense of what’s been hard to name or hold on your own.
For individuals, therapy can be a way to untangle thoughts and feelings, make sense of your experiences, and reconnect with what matters most to you.
For couples, I help partners notice the patterns shaping their dynamic and find new ways of understanding and responding to each other—with more clarity, care, and intention.
I support clients with a range of concerns, including anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship dynamics, identity exploration, and the complexities of being a first- or second-generation immigrant. My approach is empathetic, research-informed, and shaped by your unique needs. We’ll work at your pace and in a way that feels right for you.
I offer online sessions to adults across BC and Ontario, as well as in-person therapy and walk-and-talk sessions in Vancouver, BC. My practice welcomes clients from a range of backgrounds and identities, with attention to each person’s individual story and values.
Sessions are available in English or Russian. I also have an understanding of Ukrainian and welcome clients who feel more comfortable expressing themselves across these languages.
Appointments are available on weekday afternoons and evenings, as well as on weekends.
