I’m a therapist with over 10 years of experience helping people with a variety of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship challenges. I truly believe in the power of kindness and empathy, and I strive to create a safe space where you can feel heard and understood. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a person-centered approach, which allows us to work together to find what works best for you. My goal is to help you develop practical coping strategies while also nurturing your self-awareness and personal growth. I’m here to support you on your journey toward healing and empowerment. I provide personalized, holistically-oriented, philosophically grounded, high quality and strictly confidential services in psychology, psychotherapy, counselling, and mediation to individuals, couples and families. My professional background is drawn from a range of therapeutic approaches and extensive experience of working with a wide range of relational, psychological and mental health conditions and life circumstances. I am committed to my on-going training and professional development. I offer 12 free pre-approved counselling sessions for ICBC clients following your accident. Direct billing is available. If you have been in a car accident and have a claim number with ICBC, our team is here to support you through the challenges of recovery. Accidents can lead to emotional and psychological trauma, and we are committed to helping you navigate this journey.
