Practice Information

I have been a practicing RCC for nearly twenty years in Penticton with a positive psychology and a strengths-based orientation. I'm here to help you process what's in the way and teach you skills and ways of seeing the world that help you become a more peaceful, more connected and more empowered version of yourself.

Self esteem, depression, anxiety, and difficult relationships can leave us simply surviving our lives.

It doesn't have to be that way!  We can move past the past and create a new future. We just need to be willing and have good professional support.

My professional background encompasses a wide variety of training and experience, but it's foundation is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Whether we believe our thoughts (and whether we choose to guide them) can impact every area of our lives.  If we can change our relationship with our thinking, we can change our moods, what we expect, and what kind of life we can actually create.  And if we can process and re-frame a difficult past, and actually mine the gold out of it, we can stop surviving and start thriving.

My focus is not on diagnoses or labels, nor on supporting a victim mindset. I'm here to teach you tools and perspectives that uplift, empower and connect — so you can move forward.
