Practice Information

I have been practicing in the mental health field for 25 years and bring a wealth of experience and education to my private practice. I am based in the Cowichan Valley and am centrally located in the Cowichan Professional Building in downtown Duncan.

I have training in various evidence based modalities. I utilize Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT)  along with acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Lydia's experience spans working in both the public and private sectors, including forensics.
