Practice Information

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors, and I have a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology from Adler University.

I work in the field of healing because I believe that it is always possible, and I believe deeply in the power of relationships to facilitate that healing. The connection that we build in our work together is of the utmost importance to me, and I strive to create a space where you can feel safe enough to share your truth and feel accepted for exactly who you are.

My approach is client-centered and deeply relational in nature. I primarily draw on Person-Centered, Emotion-Focused, Internal Family System and Narrative therapeutic approaches, as well as adding in Cognitive and Behavioral elements as necessary. However, all of my work is tailored to the individual and their specific needs and preferences.

While I work with clients on a variety of issues and challenges (including burnout, work/life balance, various forms of anxiety, life transitions, etc.), I am especially focused on supporting individuals with social anxiety, depression, and eating disorders/disordered eating.
