Practice Information
Whether you have been struggling with long-term mental illness, feeling depressed or anxious lately, or experiencing
difficulties with families or partners, I am here to hear you out and hold hands with you through
your difficulties and help you to arrive at the place you would like to be: peace, happiness or
success of your own or your children.
We all have lots of yarns (stories). They are often tangled, either with
someone else’s yarns or with our past and present. If you feel like it is time to untangle the yarns,
I am here for you. I can assist you to sort out the past, live in the present and plan for the future,
one stitch at a time. You are the best expert on your own experience, a person-centered approach
is the foundation at Yarns. You and I work together, we will find the most suitable treatment for the presenting issues and nourish your personal growth,
