Practice Information
My years of experience as a counsellor and a clinical supervisor have taught me that when a person is ready for change, change is possible. So if you are ready to seek insight, expand your personal growth, build communication or anxiety management skills, deepen your relationships, resolve long-standing trauma or move more smoothly through transition, I can help you on this journey.
I have worked with a wide range of people from youth to seniors - individuals, couples, and families by integrating various approaches and strategies to address the specific needs of my clients. I developed expertise in helping people through challenging situations, school-related issues, family conflicts and persistent trauma. I believe strongly in the inherent resilience that clients bring to this work and support them in a culturally sensitive, compassionate, and effective way. Some of my clients may also be exploring with psychedelics and wish to integrate new revelations to address such concerns as anxiety, trauma, despair or end-of-life acceptance. I can provide safe and professionally-trained support.
In addition to being a BC Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and Approved Clinical Supervisor (RCC-ACS), with masters degrees in Counselling Psychology and Cultural Research, I’m a TheraPsil Associate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy. Currently I'm also affiliated with Family Services Employee Assistance Program (FSEAP) and First Nations Health Authority (FNHA).
I am available for in-person, online and telephone counselling. Text or email to schedule a free 15-minute discovery call to explore the possibility of working together.
