Practice Information

I grew up in mainland China and relocated to Vancouver in 2021. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and am a Canadian Certified Counselor. Since 2012, I have been married to my Canadian husband, and we are parents to three wonderful children born in 2016, 2018, and 2020. I strive to foster a family environment rooted in lifelong learning and growth, believing that family is the foundation for both parents and children to reach their fullest potential.

As a counselor, I am passionate about empowering women of all ages, couples (including cross-cultural), busy mothers, immigrants, and parents. My client-centered, integrative approach employs various psychotherapeutic techniques to help clients gain clarity, set meaningful goals, and discover their inner strengths. I am dedicated to supporting individuals in taking practical steps toward positive change and personal growth. My mission is to guide clients on their journey toward healing, self-discovery, and self-realization.
