Practice Information

Are you holding it together on the outside but on the inside it feels very different?

Does it feel like an internal alarm system is constantly going off? That is happening for a reason. Let's explore it together.

I believe change happens through compassionate accompaniment in intentionally held spaces that allow us to explore and integrate parts of ourselves that are causing inner tensions. Through an accepting and supportive environment therapy helps to regulate emotion and promote lasting change.

My practice is rooted in brain-body science and supports you through nonjudgmental exploration of internal conflicts, fears, and inner critics. I help clients move from internal chaos and disconnection to understanding and collaboration. This work provides you with building blocks for a new, and beautiful, relationship with yourself and your life.

Being authentic is important to me. I had brain surgery in my early 30's. That did a number on reorganizing my values and led me to become a therapist. Besides time with friends and family what keeps me grounded is listening in/to nature, woodworking, and writing. I am deeply grateful to celebrate 28 years together with my partner this year.
