Hello -

I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker with a BSW from McGill and an MSW from the University of Victoria. I have practiced social work for the past 40 years in Canada as well as the UK.

My practice has focused on supporting individuals who are experiencing anxiety; depression; grief and loss; trauma; behavioural dysregulation; life transitions; communication and conflict challenges; and those navigating chronic health issues.

My work as a counsellor is holistic, strength-based, client-centred and trauma-informed. Helping individuals and families build capacity based on their values, beliefs and interests is fundamental to my practice. I believe that we are all on a journey of self discovery, trying to be the best versions of ourselves. I provide strategies and interventions to help with the journey.
