Practice Information
Catherine welcomes people from all walks of life for therapeutic conversation. She appreciates the full spectrum of human diversity and offers identity-affirming care to her clients. She hopes to provide people with a safe counselling relationship where they feel supported while they move towards resilience and recovery.
She has extra training related to counselling parents, couples, international students, people with LGBTQIA+ identities, and people with neurodiverse profiles (such as ADHD, high sensitivity, and giftedness). She has participated in BC’s San'yas Indigenous Cultural Safety Training Program, and she is an approved provider with the First Nations Health Authority. The Crime Victim Assistance Program and the Insurance Corporation of BC also recognize her as an approved provider.
Catherine values the uniqueness of each person, and through their laughter, tears, and shared stories, encourages people to understand themselves and to trust their own capacity for growth.
