My Approach:

Life has a way of presenting challenges that can lead us to feel depressed, anxious, and overwhelmed. These experiences can deplete us of energy and connection to those around us. We can have these challenges in different areas of our lives: the loss of a loved one, a traumatic event, a career transition, or relationship problems. Whatever the problem may be, I’m here to help you rediscover joy and find calmness and fulfillment in your life.

I have a Master of Counselling degree and am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), both of which guide my work. I'm a curious lifelong learner who's committed to continuously seeking new training and perspectives to help my clients thrive. Although I draw on a variety of therapeutic approaches, my approach is first and foremost relational. I'll ensure we have a strong therapeutic relationship, one where you feel comfortable to authentically express yourself and share your concerns, doubts, and fears. I'm committed to co-creating and tailoring my approach to fit your unique needs.

My Commitment to You:

Whether we’re exploring your history or focusing on practical support, my goal is to help you cultivate clarity, purpose, and acceptance. I’m committed to deeply understanding you and your story and providing you with new perspectives that can help you achieve greater peace and freedom.

Together, we’ll develop your skills, build resilience, and craft your version of a fulfilled, meaningful life. Through our work, I’ll help you get to know yourself better so that you can move forward with empowered choices.

About Me:

I’m a daughter, sister, partner, and community member in Vancouver, B.C. I believe that good relationships, including the relationship we have with ourselves, are an essential part of a meaningful life.

I help people adopt new insights and skills that ease their immediate stressors and help them move towards greater calmness and stability. I'm particularly effective with young adults who are feeling stuck or unsure about how to navigate the complexities of their lives. In addition, I have extensive professional experience working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, communication and relationship issues, grief, and overwhelm.

I’m incredibly privileged to have joined many people on their counselling journey and I hope to be a part of yours. I’m currently accepting new clients online or in my office space in Fairview. I’m happy to offer a free consult for you to ask questions and get a feel for who I am as a person.
