Practice Information

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor specializing in self-esteem, trauma, and disordered eating in youth and adults. I am here to provide you with a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain self-understanding, and feel empowered. My passion for healing and connection comes from my experience working with non-profit organizations, offering low-barrier counselling and crisis intervention. I believe that everyone has the strength and potential to find transformation and joy in their lives. With authenticity, curiosity, and sensitivity, I aim to meet you wherever you are on your path to healing.

I draw from parts work, narrative therapy, and existential therapy to support your healing and growth. We'll gently identify different parts of you, reshape unhelpful stories, and explore meaning in your life. Sessions are collaborative, honoring your wisdom and pace. You can expect a safe, nonjudgmental space where your voice is heard and valued.

I emphasize the healing power of attachment and connection. I believe that rebuilding healthy relationships is key to overcoming feelings of isolation and disconnection. Together we can heal past wounds, develop healthier relationships, and build a stronger sense of self in a supportive and secure environment.
