I bring years of experience as both a counsellor and a Clinical Director in a community agency, along with the lived experience of being a parent of two children. I understand how challenging it can be to care for others while trying to stay connected to yourself. Now in private practice, I offer online therapy grounded in warmth, respect, and a belief in your capacity for meaningful change.
